Ash in take valve or material handling valve is designed to feed ash into dilute-phase vacuum system. It acts as a transition from the hopper to the conveying line, a swing type valve to provide on-off ash flow control in vacuum conveying. It’s design is stable for feed ash on a batch basis and installed below electrostatic precipitators (ESP), Dust collector and economizer hoppers.
